From previous experience from not only being a qualified fitness and diet professional but from having to keep within weight bands for competition, I have a multi pronged approach to weight loss and am also the author of one of the leading weight management books in the UK – Rebel Diet.
Everyone is different, this is why we have to assess your metabolic type and your lifestyle to find out what practical alternatives we can apply to your weight loss and to keep it at the level you want.
Then we move to the actual treatment part where I use a combination of NLP techniques plus hypnotherapy. When there is a disorder, compulsive or habit eating pattern in place then we can go back to finding the root cause of the problem and then treat that also.
The slightly different approach that I have here is the utilization of metabolic change under hypnotherapy persuading the system to speed up and burn the body fat more quickly. This makes a huge difference to the results than just hypnotherapy on its own.
