Our teaching is based on a fusion of Modern Macrobiotics, latest scientific discoveries, and a flexible approach meeting individual needs.

The Penninghame Team is led by experienced professionals who are internationally recognised Modern Macrobiotics teachers, chefs and health consultants with over 30 years experience of teaching the benefits of healthy food and balanced nutrition - including Chinese medicine, Oriental diagnosis, acupuncture and naturopathy. Their skills have also been perfected in cooking for elite functions and celebrity diners.
