In recent years, Nita Modi has added new holistic therapies which compliment existing treatments. A recent addition is the art of Jin Shin JyutsuÒ. In Jin Shin JyutsuÒ physio-philosophy brings balance to the body's energies, which promotes optimal health and well-being, and facilitates our own profound healing capacity. It is a valuable complement to conventional healing methods, inducing relaxation and reducing the effects of stress. Any ailments can be treated e.g. arthritis, bloating, headaches, fertility, joint problems, weight gain etc… It does not involve massage, manipulation of muscles, or use of drugs or substances. It is a gentle art, practised by placing the fingertips (over clothing) on designated areas on the body to harmonise and restore the energy flow in the body.
Nita is also a Reiki Master and Crystal Healer. Reiki (pronounced Ray-key) is a Japanese word meaning Universal Life Energy, an energy which is all around us. It is possible to heal at any level of being: physical, mental, emotional or spiritual. A Reiki treatment restores balance in one's life.
Nita also practices the ancient art of healing using Celtic and Shamanic traditions to clear emotional and physical blockages. With this form of healing Nita is able to help a person to move forward in life, shed emotional baggage arising from trauma, addictions, family and ancestral influences and release negativity.

Thermal Auricular Therapy (also known as Hopi Ear Candles) is a pleasant and non-invasive treatment of the ears, used to treat a variety of conditions. The candles are made from the natural ingredients of beeswax, honey extracts, sage, St John’s Wort, chamomile, beta-carotene and organically grown flax.
